Prayers going up right away! Pesha they say if you take the fingernail clippings and hair clippings from a sick person and go to a river and drop them in the water, you can utter a prayer at the same time asking the Great Mother to take away the illness and she will, as the current carries the clippings away so goes the illness also............... hope this helps
